In TCM, cinnamon (ròuguì) is valued as a warming, yang-invigorating herb that helps disperse internal cold, stimulate circulation, and support digestive comfort — especially in cases of cold limbs, bloating, or sluggish digestion. It is traditionally employed to warm the meridians, invigorate the pulse, and harmonize qi throughout the body.
